Set up (or change) a time spent matrix

Update the time spent matrix for the \(i^{th}\) host species, and trigger updates for the XY interface.

Usage

change_timespent_matrix(timespent, xds_obj, i = 1)

Arguments

timespent

a time spent matrix

xds_obj

an xds model object

the host species index
