xde_lines_EIR(tm, EIR, nStrata, clrs = "black", llty = 1)
Arguments
- tm
the time
- EIR
the entomological inoculation rate
- nStrata
the number of human / host population strata
- clrs
a vector of colors
- llty
an integer (or integers) to set the lty for plotting
