Arguments

nPatches: is the number of patches, an integer
MYZopts: a list of values that overwrites the defaults
EIPmod: a list that defines the EIP model
calK: a mosquito dispersal matrix of dimensions nPatches by nPatches
g: mosquito mortality rate
sigma: emigration rate
f: feeding rate
q: human blood fraction
nu: oviposition rate, per mosquito
eggsPerBatch: eggs laid per oviposition
