Compute dynamical terms

Using the output of deSolve compute the dynamical terms for the output of xde_solve.ode or xde_solve.dde

Usage

compute_terms(varslist, deout, pars, s, i)

a list with variable names attached

deout

a matrix, the output of deSolve

pars

a list

the vector species index

the host species index
