Setup Lpar for basicL (L Component) — setup_Lpar.basicL • ramp.xds

The function sets up Lpar for the \(s^{th}\) species by calling make_Lpar_basicL

Usage

setup_Lpar(Lname, pars, s, Lopts = list())

Arguments

Lname: the class name of the aquatic model
pars: an xds object
s: the species index
Lopts: a named list to configure Lpar
