Plot the model and the data
Usage
show_fit(xds_obj, clr = "black", add = FALSE, rng = NULL, dom = NULL)
Arguments
- xds_obj
a ramp.xds model object
- clr
the color of the line to be plotted
- add
add to an existing show_fit plot
- rng
if not null, the y axis limits
- dom
if not null, the x axis limits
