Implements the MY component using a BQm (Blood-feeding / egg-laying Queue, mosquito-only) model. This is the uninfected-only version of the BQ model: mosquitoes alternate between a blood-feeding state (B) and a gravid / egg-laying state (Q), without tracking infection states.
