Make parameters for Gtrace aquatic mosquito model
make_MYZpar_Gtrace(nPatches, MYZopts, Gm = 1, Gf = NULL)
Arguments
- nPatches
the number of patches in the model
- MYZopts
a list to overwrite the defaults
- Gm
a vector of mean mosquito densities
- Gf
a function of the form Gf(t, pars) that computes temporal fluctuations
