Compute dynamical terms

Source: R/compute_terms.R

Using the output of deSolve compute the dynamical terms every point in time. This method dispatches on the type of pars$compute.

compute_terms(varslist, dts_out, pars, s, i)

a list with variable names attached

dts_out

a matrix, the output of deSolve
