Compute human blood feeding fraction (\(q\))

This function is redefined from MicroMoB because the computation of \(q\) may differ with modeling of birds.

Usage

compute_q(model, W, WB)

Arguments

model

an object from MicroMoB::make_MicroMoB

W

a vector of length p giving human availability by patch (\(W\))

WB

a vector of length p giving bird availability by patch (\(W_{B}\))
